Ingredients: 16 ounce(s) frozen peas, thawed and drained; 2 baby carrots, shredded; 1/2 - cucumber, peeled and diced small; 2 - 3 ounce(s) ham, julienned; 1 cup(s) shredded, cheddar cheese; 2 ounce(s) swiss cheese, cubed; 1 cup(s) cashew halves - if not serving till the next day - add these then to retain their crunchiness; 1 stalk(s) celery sliced thin or diced; 1 cup(s) red onion, diced; 2 green onions, tops included, sliced; ## DRESSING; 1/2 cup(s) cheese ranch ( is what i used ) dressing or regular ranch; 1/4 cup(s) sour cream; 1/4 - 1/2 cup(s) mayonnaise; 1/2 teaspoon(s) dried or fresh chopped dill; 1 tablespoon(s) sugar; 1/2 teaspoon(s) dried mustard; 1/2 teaspoon(s) pepper; 1/2 teaspoon(s) kosher salt or to taste

In a medium sized bowl add the peas and all other veggies and cheeses. ( add the cashews before serving ) In another small bowl; mix dressing ingredients...adjust seasoning...
