Ingredients

• 1/2 cup - butter or margarine, softened
• 1/2 cup - granulated sugar
• 1/2 cup - honey
• 1 large - egg
• 1 tsp. - vanilla extract
• 1 1/2 cups - quick cooking rolled oats
• 1 cup - whole wheat flour
• 1/4 tsp. - salt
• 1 tsp. - ground cinnamon
• 1/2 tsp. - baking soda
• 1 cup - raisins, chocolate or butterscotch chips
