Caramelised Spring Onion Dip - AZALEA

Ingredients

• 1 tbsp Azalea Grapeseed Oil
• 300g spring onions (use white and pale green sections only from about 2 bunches), cut into inch long sections
• 1 tbsp brown sugar
• 250ml kefir or Greek yoghurt
• 250g cream cheese
• Sea salt and ground white pepper
• Crackers, to serve
