Shirred Eggs | Boursin Cheese
Baked, not scrambled. Our simple shirred eggs recipe adds just a spoonful of Boursin and herbs to elevate these perfectly cooked, runny in the middle eggs.
Ingredients
- 6 eggs
- 150 g Boursin Garlic & Herbs
- 1 large courgette (or 2 smaller ones)
- 1 large tomatoes (or 2 smaller ones)
- 4 leaves of basil
- Poppy seeds
- Salt, pepper
- 6 ramekins or a mini casserole dish
- 1 large oven dish (gratin dish) to bain-marie cook the ramekins
