Old German Style Potato Salad | Just A Pinch Recipes
This is a recipe pass down to me from my Mom. This is also called Hot Potato Salad. This is an old German favorite where I grew up in the midwest.
Ingredients
- 5 pound(s) russet potatoes
- 1 pound(s) bacon
- 1 cup(s) white vinegar
- 1 1/2 cup(s) water
- 1 1/2 cup(s) sugar
- 4 tablespoon(s) corn starch
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) salt and pepper
- 4 - eggs hard boiled and sliced (optional)
