• 1 cup of water
• 1 tbsp of steak sauce (HP or A1)
• 1 tsp of worcestershire sauce
• 3 tbsp of soy sauce
• 1 tbsp of oil
• 1 tsp of vinegar (white or cider)
• 0.5 tsp of oregano
• 1 pinch of dry mustard
• 1 tsp of onion powder
• 1 – 2 cloves of minced garlic
• 1 tsp of fresh ground black pepper
• 1 dash of chili peppers (optional)
• 3 – 5 fresh basil leaves, if available (optional)
