Maple-Strawberry Milkshake | Maple from Canada
This maple milkshake is unlike anything you’ve ever sipped or slurped. From Patrice Plante, aka Monsieur Cocktail, aka Maple Mixology Ambassador.
Ingredients
- 5 ml (1 tsp) maple syrup (preferably amber syrup for its rich flavour)
- 1 strawberry, diced finely
- 2 g (1 tsp) maple flakes
- 15 ml (1 1/2 oz) Monsieur Cocktail <em>sirop de barbe à papa à l’érable</em>*
- 1/2 tasse (125 ml) milk
- 3/4 tasse (190 ml) vanilla ice cream
- A few ice cubes
- A mini maple cone (to garnish)
