Creamy Garlic Fish recipe by Naseema Zulfi Khan

Ingredients

• 400g Salmon or Hake
• 60 g Melted Butter
• 1 tablespoon Crushed Garlic
• 1 tablespoon Crushed Green Chilli Paste
• Crushed whole Jeeru (Cumin)
• 2 tablespoon Robertsons Fish Spice
• 1 teaspoon freshly Crushed Black Peppercorns
• 2 tablespoon Lemon juice
• Little Salt
• Green chopped dhania (coriander)
• Add again Some Butter over
• and Bake for another +-20 minutes our until done
• A mixture of Mayo Grated carrots
