Ingredients
- 6 xtra large egg whites.or 7 large egg whites
- Add gradually 1 cup sifted castor sugar
- 15ml sifted maizena (corn flour) directly
- 5ml white vinegar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
- 2x 250ml fresh cream
- 1 tub cream fraishè(woolies)
- Add the cream fraishè to above and break down wit your spatula and beat.
