• 1/4 chopped red pepper
• 1/4 green pepper, thinly sliced

• 1 tablespoon of olive oil
• 2 minced garlic cloves
• 4 to 6 tablespoons of chopped cornbread
• q.s. Chopped parsley
• q.s. salad to taste
