Ingredients: I used Chicken mince and used Seekh kebaab style recipe; I made mini patties; I grilled Halfway on the griller basted with Rama; I grilled the onion rings . Tomato rings and Peppers at same time whilst grilling the patties; I Cut Pastry like strips added sauces ..mustard , Peri Peri , tomato , mayo; Placed the Patti then placed the the onion ring, tomato slice and few peppers over; I covered like in image; Egg washed and sprinkle sesame seed or poppy; Bake at 200 for +- 20 & 25 minutes; Or until.done depending on your Oven
