- 1 x 400 g store bought puff pastry (I made 2 pizza rings with this packet of pastry)
- 1 egg, lightly beaten for glazing
- 250 g tub smooth cottage cheese
- ½ yellow pepper, sliced thinly
- 300 g peppered salami, sliced or any cold cut of your choice
- 1 cup grated Mozarella cheese
- sliced mushrooms optional
- sprinkles of origanum and of black pepper
