"Food Truck Style" Chicken Tacos • La Tortilla Factory

Ingredients

• 1 pound of boneless, skinless chicken breasts and/or thighs
• 1 pack La Tortilla Factory Hand Made Style Corn Tortillas, Yellow or White Corn
• 1 can black beans (optional)
• 1 cup prepared Spanish rice (optional)
• 3 cloves of garlic – peeled and roughly chopped
• 1/2 cup fresh lime juice
• 1 tablespoon oregano
• 1 teaspoon cumin
• 1 tablespoon salt
• 2 teaspoons black pepper
• 1/2 cup vegetable oil, plus one tablespoon
• Fresh cilantro –roughly chopped
• White or red onions – diced
• Hot sauce
• Lime wedges
