- 4 good sized baking potatoes
- 2 tbsp / 25ml butter
- 10 fresh chives chopped
- 1/4 cup / 50ml whipping cream
- to taste salt
- to taste pepper
- 1/3 cup / 80ml snow crab
- 1/3 cup / 80ml lobster
- 2 cloves garlic chopped and sauted
- 1 cup / 250ml monterey jack cheese (or your choice)
- 1/3 cup / 80ml small salad shrimp
