• 1 tablespoon Agave Nectar or Sugar
• 2 tablespoons Red Bell Pepper, chopped
• 2 tablespoon Cajun Seasoning
• 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
• 1 teaspoon Celery Salt
• 1/2 teaspoon Ground Coriander
• 6 cups Cooked Rice (white or brown)
• 1/2 cup Scallions, chopped
• 1/2 cup Fresh Cilantro, chopped
• 2 tablespoons Fresh Lime Juice
