• 3 cup Water
• 4 cup Pasta - thin or medium noodles
• 1/4 teaspoon Pepper
• 1 teaspoon Onion powder
• 1 package Lipton Onion Soup Mix Recipe Secrets Golden Onion
• 1 package Peas baby frozen, thawed, optional
• 1/2 cup Half and Half Non Fat
• 1 teaspoon Cornstarch
