• 1 pack of Olga’s Fine Foods Chicken Patties
• 1 head of green lettuce
• 1.5kg white potatoes, sliced into chip-sized pieces

• 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
• 1 Lebanese cucumber, grated
• 300g Greek yoghurt
• 1 garlic clove, minced
• 2 tsp dill, finely chopped
• 2 tsp lemon juice
• Salt, to taste
• 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
• 1 Lebanese cucumber, diced
• 110g cherry tomatoes, halved
• 1 tbsp lemon juice
• Pinch of finely chopped parsley
