Ingredients

• 2 cups self-rising flour (see notes to make your own*)
• 3/4 cup sugar
• 3/4 cup buttermilk (see notes for substitutes*)
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 2 large eggs
• 1/2 cup oil ((such as canola))
• 1 1/4 cups cinnamon chips
• 1 cup powdered sugar
• 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
• 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
• 2-3 tablespoons milk
