• 6 oz butter
• 8 oz chocolate
• 2 tsp vanilla extract
• 2 tsp instant espresso powder
• 5 oz sugar
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 2.25 oz all-purpose flour
• ½ tsp salt
• FOR THE CHOCOLATE MOUSSE:
• 9 oz semi-sweet chocolate
• ¾ cup International Delight Chocolate Caramel Creamer
• Pinch salt
• 1 packet unflavored powdered gelatin
• 2 tbsp water
• 1 cup heavy cream
• FOR THE MIRROR GLAZE:
• 10 ½ oz sugar
• 3 packets unflavored powdered gelatin
• 9 oz water
• 12 oz white chocolate
• 7 oz sweetened condensed milk
