- ½ tsp salt
- FOR THE CHOCOLATE MOUSSE:
- 9 oz semi-sweet chocolate
- ¾ cup International Delight Chocolate Caramel Creamer
- Pinch salt
- 1 packet unflavored powdered gelatin
- 2 tbsp water
- 1 cup heavy cream
- FOR THE MIRROR GLAZE:
- 10 ½ oz sugar
- 3 packets unflavored powdered gelatin
- 9 oz water
- 12 oz white chocolate
- 7 oz sweetened condensed milk
