Ingredients

• 12 oz No Yolks Extra Broad Noodles
• 1/4 cup unsalted butter
• 1 pkg (2 oz) onion soup mix
• 1 1/2 cups sour cream
• 1/4 cup finely chopped fresh parsley
• 2 onions, thinly sliced
• 1/4 tsp salt
• 1/4 tsp black pepper
• 1 1/2 cups store-bought crispy fried onions, divided
• 2 Tbsps finely chopped fresh chives
