- 120ml (1/2 cup) milk warmed to around 110°F
- 60ml (1/4 cup) sweetened condensed milk
- 60g (1/4 cup) butter that's been softened
- One large egg
- 60ml (1/4 cup) slightly warm water
- Mix 1 beaten egg with a tablespoon of water for a glaze
