- 1 box Green Giant Mashed Cauliflower, Nuke pkg
- 1-1.5 lb. Ground beef
- 1 tbsp Coconut flour
- 3/4 c water + 2 tsp~ish beef bouillon
- Generous shakes of Penzey's Beef Roast Seasoning
- Squirt of ketchup
- ~1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp Dried Rosemary, crushed
- Finely Grated Parmesan to sprinkle on top of cauliflower
