• 1/4 cup chopped green peppers
• 1/4 cup chopped green onions
• 1/4 cup chopped mushrooms
• 1/4 cup chopped black olives
• 2 tablespoons Sutter Home White Zinfandel Wine
• 2 tablespoons tomato puree
• 1 teaspoon garlic salt
• 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
• 1 teaspoon basil
• 1 teaspoon oregano
• 1 tablespoon Italian Seasoning
• 2 pounds ground chuck hamburger
• 3 tablespoon vegetable oil for greasing grilling rack
• 6 slices Mozzarella Cheese
• 3 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
• 6 soft Kaiser Rolls, split in half
• 6 tablespoons Dijon Mustard
