Spicy Spanish Chicken

Ingredients

• 3-4 cups cut up small one inch pieces boneless chicken breast, cooked
• 1/2 cp yogurt
• 1/3 cup mayo
• 1/2 cp finely chopped carrot
• 2 tblsp parsley
• 1/2 or 1 red bell pepper, chopped
• 3 tblsp lemon juice
• 1 tsp cumin
• 1/3 cp chopped onion or green onions
• 1/3 cp green tabasco sauce or 1/5 cp red hot sauce
• 2 avacadoes peeled & chopped
• 8 leaves of lettuce chopped small
• sprinkling of paprika
