- 2 oz NOLET’S Gin
- 1 oz Pear Nectar
- 1/2 oz Cardamom – Cinnamon Simple Syrup*
- 1/2 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
- 2 oz Soda to Top Off
- Slice of Pear and Sprig of Thyme for Garnish
