• 2 Eggs
• 1 teaspoon Baking soda
• 1/2 teaspoon Sea salt
• 1 teaspoon Vanilla
• 2 Lemon rind
• 2 Orange rind
• 1/4 cup Whey
• 1/2 cup Honey
• 1/4 cup Brandy or Dry Sherry
