• K&N’s Breakfast Sausage - 8-10 sausages
• K&N’s Stok - 1 cube
• Oil - 2-3 tbsp
• Garlic - 1 tbsp; chopped
• Onion - ½ cup; finely chopped
• Tomato puree - 1 cup
• Tomato paste - 1 tbsp
• Salt - ½ tsp
• Black pepper powder - ½ tsp
• Red chilli flakes - 1 tsp
• Sugar - 1 tbsp
• Oregano - ½ tbsp
• Lemon juice - 1 tbsp
• Basil leaves - 4-6; chopped
• Penne pasta - as required; boiled
• Mozzarella and cheddar cheese - 2 cups
• Basil leaves - for garnishing
