Stuffed Crust Garlic Bread Pizza Recipe | Dale Farm

Ingredients

• 1 medium sourdough loaf
• 100g Dromona Butter
• 200g Dromona Mature Cheddar Cheese
• 100g Dromona Cracker
• 300g Pizza Sauce (bought or homemade)
• 7 cloves crushed garlic
• Salt & Pepper
• Small bunch Parsley
• For the pizza sauce:
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 1 onion, finely chopped
• 1 garlic clove, crushed
• 1 x 400g can chopped tomatoes
• 3 tbsp tomato purée
• 1 bay leaf
• 2 tbsp dried oregano
• 2 tsp brown sugar
• 1 small bunch basil, finely chopped
