BBQ maple rubbed chicken with chilli parmesan corn - Astral Chicken

Ingredients

• 1 x chicken braai pack (5 pieces)
• 1 Tbsp (15ml) olive oil
• 4 garlic cloves, minced
• 1/3 cup (80ml) tomato paste
• 1/2 cup (125ml) maple syrup
• 1/3 cup (80ml) soy sauce
• 1/4 cup (60ml) Worcestershire sauce
• 4 tsp (20ml) vinegar
• 50ml sriracha sauce
• 6 pieces of corn, cut in half
• 3 Tbsp (45ml) olive oil
• 1 Tbsp (15ml) garlic powder
• 2 tsp (10ml) chilli powder
• 1/2 cup (125ml) parmesan cheese, finely grated
• salt and pepper
