Ingredients

• 4 A CE Bakery® Brioche Gourmet Bun
• 1 pound (454g) cod filets cut into 4 equal pieces
• ½ cup (120ml) all-purpose flour
• 2 large eggs
• 1/2 cup (120 ml) of your favourite breadcrumbs or crackers, crushed
• 1 tbsp. (15ml) garlic powder
• 1 tsp. (5ml) chilli powder
• ½ tsp. (2.5ml) freshly ground black pepper
• ¼ cup (60ml) freshly chopped parsley leaves
• 1 lemon, cut in wedges, for serving.
• Vegetable oil for pan-frying
