• 1/2 Yellow Onion, small diced
• 1 Garlic, cloves, minced
• 3 White Bread, or brown bread, slices, ends removed
• 4 Cups Vegetable Stock, low sodium, or homemade
• 1/2 tsp Oregano
• 1/4 tsp Red Pepper Flakes
• Salt and Black Pepper, as per taste
• 10-15 Basil, leaves
• 2 tbsp Olive Oil, good quality, extra virgin preferred
