• 36 White Bread, about one and a half loaves, left out to dry or stale
• 1 ½ Butter
• 1 ½ cups Diced Celery
• 1 ½ cups Diced Onion
• 1 Egg
• 1 tbsp Poultry Seasoning
• Salt and Pepper to taste
• Small Bowl of Chicken Broth
