- 1 ounce packet ranch or taco seasoning (I like both or a combo!)
- 10 ounce can Rotel (diced tomatoes and chilies) (drained)
- 11 ounce can corn (drained)
- 2 cups shredded cheddar (8-ounce package)
- 1/2 cup cooked and chopped bacon (about 8 slices)
- 2 tablespoons sliced chives or green onions
