Saffron Sweet Rice

Ingredients

• 1 cup basmati rice
• 2 tblspn clarified butter
• 1 1/2 cups water
• 2 tblspn milk
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1 piece of cinnamon stick
• 1/4 teaspoon of saffron threads
• 4 whole cloves (optional)
• 1/2 tsp coarsely crushed green cardamom seeds
• Pinch of salt
• 2 tblspn pistachios
• 1 tblspn almonds
• 1 tbsp cashews
• 1 tbsp raisins
