Buko (Coconut) Pie – Cook n' Share

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup vegetable shortening, cubed
• 1/2 cup cold butter, cubed
• 3 cups all purpose flour, sifted
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 2 tsp white vinegar
• 2 egg yolks, beaten
• 1/4 cup ice cold water
• 3 cups young coconut meat
• 1 cup coconut water
• 2/3 cup evaporated milk
• 1/2 cup granulated sugar
• 1/2 cup cornstarch
