• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 500g diced lamb
• 1 tbsp olive oil extra
• ½ red onion
• 2 tsp. crushed garlic
• 250g potatoes
• 1 carrot
• ¼ cup peas
• ¼ cup tomato paste
• ⅙ cup gravy powder
• 1 ½ cups water
• 1 ½ tsp. beef stock powder
• 1 tbsp worcestershiresauce
• 1 tbsp fresh rosemary
• 1 tbsp cornflour
• 2 tbsp warm water
• 2 sheets puff pastry
• 1 egg
