tiramisu brownies - TK

Ingredients

• I package brownie mix that makes an 8x8 pan (I also went with a gluten free mix like Otto's for mine and I like a fudgey brownie texture)
• 1 sleeve (12) lady finger cookies (I go for the crispy kind as opposed to the soft variety for more texture in my finished brownie)
• 2 -8 ounce containers mascarpone, cream cheese or vegan cream cheese at room temperature
• 1/2 cup powdered sugar
• 2 Tablespoons very strong coffee or espresso or 1 Tablespoon instant coffee dissolved in 2 Tablespoons water and cooled
• 1 teaspoon vanilla (I like vanilla paste)
• Cocoa powder for dusting the top
