Ingredients

• CRUST:
• 3 Cups Flour
• 1 Cup Shortening
• 1 Egg Beaten
• 1/3 Cup Water
• 1 TBS. Vinegar
• 1 tsp. Salt
• FILLING:
• 10-12 Apples (I use Granny Smith)
• 3/4 to 1 Cup Sugar depending on the tartness of the apples
• 1/2 Cup of Flour
• 1 tsp Apple Pie Seasoning
• 1 tsp Cinnamon
• GLAZE:
• 2 Cups Powdered Sugar
• 2 TBS. Soft Butter
• 2-4 TBS. Milk (Add slowly, a little at a time)
• 1/2 tsp. Maple Flavoring
