Frozen Dark 'N' Stormy
1. Add ingredients to blender. 2. Blend until thick and slushy. 3. Pour into chilled pint glass. 4. Top with a floater of rum and lime wedge.
Ingredients
- 2.5 oz. Gosling's Black Seal Rum
- 4 oz ginger beer (traditionally Barrit's, but we also like Fever Tree)
- 0.5 oz fresh lime juice
- 2-3 dashes of Angostura bitters
- 1 large scoop of ice
