• 5 large potatoes (approx. 1 kg)
• 1 tsp olive oil
• 1 tsp coarse salt
• freshly ground pepper
• 100 g white cheese cubes, parsley and garlic
• 2 tbsp finely chopped fresh parsley
• 1 tbsp dried peppermint
• 100 g beetroots in thin approx. 2 cm wide strips
• 3 pear cut into thin wedges (approx. 300 g)
• 50 g rinsed rocket salads torn into pieces
• 2 tbsp basil pesto
• 4 lamb chops (approx. 500 g)
• 25 g butter
• ½ crushed garlic clove
• ¼ tsp coarse salt
