- 230g fresh ricotta
- 62g (½ cup) macadamia nuts, roughly chopped
- 120g (⅓ cup) Capilano Pure Honey
- 3 tbsp (45ml) canola or vegetable oil
- 2 tsp lemon myrtle, ground (alternatively use zest from ½ lemon)
- 170g (½ cup) plain flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp baking soda
- ¼ tsp salt
