Ingredients

• 8 Large flour tortillas
• 1 lb Ground beef
• ½ Diced onion (if your pickies will eat it)
• Small diced green and red pepper if you can hide it!
• 1 tbsp Taco seasoning
• Anything else you like on a quesadilla?
• 3 cups Shredded cheese - Mexican blend, mozzarella, or cheddar
• Olive oil or spray
