• 1/2 cup (125 mL) whipped 35 % cream
• 3 egg whites
• 1 baguette bread sliced into rounds
• 4 oz (125 g) Canadian Swiss cheese in thin slices
• Garnish
• 1/3 cup (80 mL) whipped 35 % cream
• 1 tsp (5 mL) Dijon mustard
• A few capers
