Easy Baked Berry Oatmeal - Shamrock Farms
Preheat the oven to 375° F, and spray a casserole dish with nonstick spray (I used coconut oil spray)
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup Shamrock Farms Cottage Cheese
- 3 cups old-fashioned oats (not quick oats)
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 cups frozen mixed berries (or berries of your choice)
- 1 1/4 cups milk
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
