Praline Sweet Potatoes

Ingredients

• 2/3 c. brown sugar, packed
• 1/2 c. chopped pecans
• 1/2 c. melted butter
• 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
• 4 c. cooked sliced sweet potatoes, canned may be used
• 1/3 c. orange juice
• 2/3 tsp. brandy
• 1 tsp. salt
• Dash of pepper
• 1/8 - 1 tsp. orange peel or 1/4 tsp. orange or lemon extract
• 1/2 tsp. ginger
• 1/4 tsp. allspice
