• 1-1/2 cups of Pitted Cherries, halved
• 2 Tbsp of Granulated Sugar
• 1/4 cup of Water
• 1 tsp of Lemon Juice
• 1 tsp of Cornstarch mixed with 1 Tbsp of Water
• 3 cups of Heavy Cream
• 1 14oz can of Sweetened Condensed Milk
• 1 Tbsp of Vanilla Extract
• 1 1/4 cups of Semisweet Chocolate Chunks or Chips
