• 2 boneless chicken slice into strips.
• Salt to taste
• Garlic salt.
• ¼ tspoon white pepper.
• 200ml buttermilk.
• 180g Plain flour.
• Salt.
• 1 tbspoon Black Pepper.
• 1tspoon Garlic Salt.
• 1 teaspoon Dried thyme.
• 1 teaspoon Paprika.
• 1 teaspoon Baking Powder.
• 1 teaspoon Chilli flakes.
• Oil for frying.
