• ¼ cup Garlic Goodness
• 1 tsp oregano
• 1 tsp basil
• ½ tsp cumin
• Salt and pepper to taste
• 5-6 chicken thighs
• 1-2 cups Panko breadcrumbs
• 3 tbsp Unreal Pepper Rub
• Shredded Mozzarella
• Shredded Parmesan Reggiano
• Marinara Sauce as desired
• 1 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
• 1tbsp Balsalmic vinegar
• 1 tbsp Candied Curry
• ½ tsp sugar
• 1 package Spring mix
• Cucumber – cut into half moons
• Cherry tomatoes: halved
• Crispy onions
