Tuna Tzatziki Olive Avocado Egg Sandwich – Crucible Cookware

Ingredients

• 2 slices of bread (we used sourdough bread in this recipe, use bread according to taste)
• 1 can of tuna in water
• tzatziki
• 1 avocado
• 1 tomato, sliced
• 1 egg (hard boiled and sliced)
• a few olives (cut in half)
• Feta cheese, grated
• Red onion, thinly sliced (optional)
